I can't explain how happy I am with Ship A Car Direct's customer service! Having to move across the country within a two week period (my husband is in the military so moving all belongings without any news, hey no biggie!) was made SO MUCH EASIER with the help of this company. I saved so much money paying $820 instead of every other company trying to charge me over a grand! I must've called customer service over 50 times over that 11 day period and not once was I treated as an inconvience or bugging in any way which was very self reassuring. It says to allow 7-10 days to allow your vehicle to reach your destination, mine took 11 (1 extra day, not the end of the world people!) I highly suggest this company with their excellent customer service, speedy delivery times, and being the most cost effective.
