I worked with Adam at Ship A Car Direct throughout my experience. He was very upfront, knowledgable, and thorough with his replies. I was also very pleased with how promptly my emails and phone calls were returned. He was very helpful throughout the entire process, especially finding a carrier for my vehicle, and ensuring I was comfortable with each step before moving on rather than being pushy about getting through the process like some other companies were.

The total time from pick up to delivery for transport of my vehicle was only 5 days, while other companies estimated it might take two weeks or more. The price I was quoted by Ship A Car Direct was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than other companies I had looked into, and there were absolutely no hidden fees.

I would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct to others, and would use them again should I need to transport a vehicle.
