Customer service broker was very helpful and I did get me the best price. I did get a call from the actual truck driver giving me advanced notice of his arrival and the opportunity to pick up my car earlier. I have nothing to compare the actual trucking company to but they seemed honest and did deliver the car without damage. I do have to comment that dealing with Emily at Ship a Car Direct was a very positive and professional experience. She followed up on all of my concerns and I feel that if anything had gone wrong, that they would have taken care of it. There was no pressure and I was not badgered with emails from them as I was from other transport companies. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to transport a vehicle.
