Even though the car was picked up a day later than the originally scheduled pick up date, they still delivered on 4th day. Emily was always available and prompt with her responses. She understood my concerns and addressed them timely. Also she explained the entire process very clearly in the beginning itself and it exactly worked the same way. Very happy with overall experience.
