Thanks for your feedback, Gabi! You bring up a really good point: it's best to consider the carrier's arrivals as estimates and plan to be "on-call" around the pick-up and delivery dates. Your driver's schedule will be unique and in flux throughout the transport. They will give you as much notice as they can, but it is often a few hours notice rather than days in advance.
