Overall experience was very good. Emily was my contact person and she was most courteous and professional throughout the process. The weather up North added an element of suspense to the delivery, but in the end Ship a Car Direct came through for me. The video Q and A segment was most helpful to me as a first time customer, and i would use this company again.
