Entire process went well and I would recommend this company. Matt did a good job of setting my expectations and that was very important especially on the pickup- and dropoff time window. My pickup window was a 3-day period and the dropoff window was a 3-day period. I did need to call the driver of the transport twice as the exact dropoff day changed 1 day due to driving conditions along the route. Not a problem, just emphasizing the importance of having some flexibility.
