I made the mistake to book with "Road Runner car carrier" and paid the $200 fee and they did not pick up my car or even call as planned for days. I had a flight booked for the next day and many plans made since I was moving from FL-CA so I got online and looked again and called David at "Ship a car direct." It was for a same day pick up and he was able to have a driver call me within an hour and pick up my car within a few hours that same day.The Driver is also very nice and brought my new 2014 BMW to me in 5 days.Thank you very much David- Happy Holidays to you.JS
