Let me begin by stating that from the time I booked my transport to the time it was delivered was nothing short of professionalism. I booked my transport through Paul with Ship a Car Direct. He was very informational, helpful and understood the importance of this vehicle to me. There was never any hidden agenda or promises that were made and not keep. I had some communication back and forth on the phone with Paul in the beginning prior to booking my transport and every time he said he would get back with me on a question he did in a timely fashion. Once the car was picking up from it original origin the owner of the vehicle took a picture of the vehicle being loaded onto the trailer. Once I knew the vehicle was on its way I contacted Paul to ask the approximate delivery date. He said he would have the driver contact me with that information. Within 24 hours the driver did contact me with his plans and his approximate delivery date and said he would contact me when he got closer to give me a more accurate delivery and he did as he said he would do. He also proceeded to inform me of what a beautiful ride I had purchased and gave me information about the vehicle. He contacted me and said it would be late Friday night or early Saturday morning and would call again when he got closer. He called me back Friday afternoon and informed me he would be delivering my vehicle on Friday night and gave me a time frame. He was very accurate. Once he arrived he was very professional, helpful and explained details about the car given to him by the previous owner. All I can say is that from the time I contacted Ship a Car Direct to the time the vehicle was delivered I was extremely satisfied and felt very confident that my vehicle was in good hands on such a long trip. Affordable, timely and professional.
