Company(Matt) was able to make it happen on a small window time frame. We went back and fourth for some time, but I needed the specific date since my mom was selling her house and moving to NY. At first we ran into some issues with the date, but Matt pulled the plug and tried other dispatchers which I appreciated. Within a few days I was assigned a dispatcher who was wonderful and very professional.
