I never had to transport a vehicle. I knew very little about the process. After contacting Ship Direct for a quote I still had many questions and concerns. Tom was very patient and understanding because I was located in Ohio and the vehicle was located in Maryland and was to be shipped to AZ. Coordination and trust was required in order to have a successful transport. He never pushed me into a ship date, or made any promises and kept me informed of what steps were required. I would differently recommend Ship Direct and Tom was a pleasure to work with and very professional.
