I felt very un-easy about shipping my new bought car from Kansas to California.
Kay was super helpful over the phone and managed to find a driver to pick up my car on the exact day I asked her for. The driver arrived in a very quick 3 days, as I was expecting more of a 7 day turnaround. I choose an open trailer although I wanted an enclosed, but the price was almost double. She told me the car would be fine but may be dirty due to weather.
The car arrived with no damaged at all, but was dirty which I knew would of happened, and I am okay with that since there is no way to prevent that. (Maybe protective strips, but that falls more on the driver not - Ship a Car Direct.)
Overall, I am very happy and Kay and Ship a Car Direct finished my awesome car buying experience strong. I would use them again..
