From start with Tom to the delivery of the car from Rhode Island to California all the information given to us was thorough and easy to follow directions.The pick-up of the car was on time and very professionally handled.My daughter was called the day before the car arrived as I was told.This made it very easy for her to be available to meet the car transport at her apartment.The car arrived in one piece. We were very happy with the service from start to finish
