I had a great experience with Ship-a-Car Direct. Matt did an excellent job of answering my questions and was always available to receive my calls. The rare times that I had to leave a voicemail, Matt was prompt with his follow-up call. The company was on time to pick up my car and the car came a day earlier then expected in perfect condition. Overall, a great experience!!! Would definitely use Ship-A-Car again.
