The first time I talked to Matt I found him pleasant, informative, and direct. I called some other companies and they were knowledgable, but didn't have any personality. He also mentioned he took no money until the contract for a shipper was obtained. At first we had trouble getting someone to take the car from a small town in IL, but as soon as he loaded the request as St. Louis (we are 20min away), a shipper was found.
