Being a first time "car shipper," I was extremely skeptical of the whole car shipping idea. I researched and did my homework for weeks and weeks and weeks trying to find a reputable company as well as the best deal (price-wise). At the end of my search I had narrowed it down to 3 companies. After Speaking with someone from each company, David (at Safe-Direct) by far stood out the most. He was very knowledgable about the whole car shipping industry, he had answers to all of my many questions, he provided me with helpful tips about choosing a car shipping company and in addition had a very warm and trusting personality. My Driver Valet was just as helpful and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Not to mention he was very timely with the pickup and delivery of my vehicle. Most importantly, my vehicle was delivered to me in one piece with no damages! Overall, great experience with Safe-Direct Car Shipping from beginning to end. Would definitely use this comapny again as well as recommend them to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
