My wife and I relocated to Austin and had a BMW 335i and a Buick Enclave shipped via open carrier from Half Moon Bay, CA to Austin, TX. The cars were picked up 2 days early, but this flexibility is stated in the contract and it actually worked out better as the cars were there the day after we arrived.
The cars were dirty when they arrived due to rain encountered, but were otherwise in perfect shape with no damage to report. The driver was very knowledgeable, patient, and communicated well with us on the timeline and when he would arrive.
Overall a great experience and would utilize them again if we were to move again.
