I had never shipped a vehicle before and was apprehensive dealing with complete strangers. David at Safe-Direct answered all of my questions and was prompt with communications. He worked within my timeframes and found a carrier that was readily available. Due to my location and the size of the transport vehicle they were unable to literally perform a "door to door" pickup and delivery, but that was to be expected. The driver made contact as planned on the day of pickup and delivery and suggested alternate locations with large parking lots that were close and convenient. The driver, Moses of Federal Auto Transport was friendly, professional and courteous and showed great concern for all the vehicles he was transporting. He explained the process and his trip in detail, inspected the vehicle, provided copies of the paperwork, his business card with mobile number and indicated that payment was to be provided at time of delivery. Although the original bid and "contract" indicated delivery on 1/27/13, Moses indicated he would deliver a day or two early if it was acceptable. He kept his word and delivered the vehicle a day early.
