This was my first time having a car transported. It was a classic car so I chose the enclosed transportation to provide maximum protection during the journey from Arizona to Delaware. The driver was on time for pick-up within a 4 hour window of the day promised. The driver was also very courteous on the phone and returned text messages promptly regarding his location and estimated time of arrival in Delaware. He arrived at my home exactly when he said he would and there was no damage to the car. Tim at Safe-Direct Car Shipping was wonderful. He explained the entire process and was exceptional with follow-up and providing video clips of "Frequently Asked Questions" done by the president of the company. He made me very comfortable with the process. I knew what to expect at all times and would most definately use Safe-Direct Car Shipping for any future car transport requirements I may have.
