Chris from Safe-Direct could not have been any more professional, knowledgeable or accomodating. The efficiency, hand holding and follow through was worth every penney of the cost.
The carrier, Ovy from Deluxe Auto transport was the consumate service professional. He kept me informed of his progress while under way, he was accomodating, truly knowledgeable, trustworthy and likeable. His genuine care for the car, and flexibility on both ends of the transport were impressive. He is a true car guy, you can tell he knows and loves cars.
This was an overall great experience!! Both broker and carrier were exceptional.
