This was the first time I arranged to transport a car myself. I did some research and reviewed a number of companies. I found that Safe-Direct had a very informative website that really helped me understand the overall car transport process. They were rated highly by both Transportreview.com and the Better Business Bureau. I placed my order with them and almost immediately received a confirmation. Tim contacted me with the a carrier that I approved. The carrier called me the day before he came and then again one hour before he arrived. The car was inspected, loaded and on it's way in about 30 minutes. The driver contacted the destination and also arrived on time to make the delivery. The car was transported on time and arrived in good condition. Overall a very good experience and I would use Safe-Direct again.
