The Service was great. Chris and the team were very good at explaining the overall process, and worked hard to line up transportation during a very busy holiday season. He took time to answer all of my questions via email and phone, and provided interim updates during the entire process, even providing alternate phone numbers for the carrier.

Chris found a carrier that was close to the destination address, and this made the shipping process easier than with other transport companies I have used in the past. When Chris called with a carrier, the carrier was able to pick up the car within 2 hours of the call.

I highly recommend Safe-Direct Car Shipping and will use them again to transport my family's vehicles.
