We didn't know what to expect since this is our first experience in shipping a car. Tim was very patient and helpful in answering all my phone calls and questions. He pretty much held my hand through the entire process so I knew what to expect next. The car was picked up later than we wanted, but this was probably due to snow storms across the country and shipping between Christmas and New Years. However, the car was delivered well within an acceptable window and the actual transport was faster than expected. We also paid $100 more than originally quoted, but we were asked and agreed to the change as we were anxious to get the car shipped and the total cost was still $200 less than other quotes. We were in direct contact with the driver who was very professional and on-time with his pickup and delivery. The car was delivered without any problems. All in all, Tim made shipping our car easy and a good experience. I have already recommended Safe-Direct to a family member who is considering shipping a vehicle.
