Poor customer service

First of all, let me start with saying that my vehicle arrived with NO DAMAGE, it was dirty but that didn't matter. While that was the most critical aspect in the car delivery, I was extremely disappointed with lack of communication and delay in picking up and delivery of the vehicle. The carrier was originally scheduled to pick up the vehicle on Thursday evening and then later it became friday morning, then friday noon and finally was picked up later friday evening. I had a phone interview scheduled on Friday and had to reschedule the job interview multiple times through out the day because of the inconsistent information I was receiving from the carrier. While I tried to contact the agent, I was told to get in touch with the carrier directly. If I have to contact the carrier directly for information every time, I don't understand why I'm paying the agents. Similar thing happened during the delivery of vehicle as well. I understand weather and other aspect can cause delays, but the driver shouldn't call and say he will be there in one hour and take more than 8 hours to reach! I am sure they have better estimates.

I was further frustrated when the agent who called me after the delivery was extremely rude to me. I've been never been subject to such a customer service ever in my life.

While I am thankful for no damage, I had no peace of mind during the entire pickup and delivery process. If you have a lot of time at hand, and no job constraints, then I recommend this shipping company, but if you want peace of mind during the process, and are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service then I do not recommend this company.

I'm so sorry you were unhappy with the service. You bring up an important point about timing - driver arrival times are estimates. When driving, your driver isn't always immediately available to take your call or update you (or us, for that matter) but he is the most direct source of information. You are right that it is practical to have more wiggle room in your schedule around delivery day, and/or a back-up contact just in case - that is true industry-wide. I am sorry you were inconvenienced.
