I reviewed many auto transport companies and received many quotes ranged from $850-$1200, yet I picked this Safe-Direct Car Shipping based on the numerous reviews on this website. I was quoted $900 for my VW from Southern California to Massachusetts, and I was told it would be about 7-10 days to get from the west coast to the east coast.
After I inputted all my information, I immediately got an email from Chris from Safe-Direct Car Shipping, and he told me much information about the whole processes from the beginning till the end through many many email. Since I was always updated with information from Chris, I was really knowledgeable about what I should do prior to the pickup of my car to what I need to do at the time of delivery.
The only problem that I had encountered was that I putted in my earliest pickup time of Friday, but I was informed by the carrier on Wednesday afternoon that they can only do it on Thursday, and if I wanted to make it Friday or later, it would make things really complicated. Since I needed my car on Thursday, I had very little time to reorganize to get my ride to work for that day. Even though it was a hassle for me with the carrier, it wasn't a really big problem.
Except for that minor problem, I was really happy throughout the process of shipping my car with Safe-Direct Car Shipping, and I would definitely recommend this company to other based on my experience.
