Overall, Safe Direct was a very responsive company to use. I did require to have some goods in my car when it was shipped, which is not possible for all carriers. This resulted in me switching carriers last minute. The carriers occasionally do not speak English as their first language, so communication can be a bit challenging. My car arrived a day late due to a blizzard, but the car was in perfect condition and the goods were all inside.
