The car was picked up and delivered in promised time. The car was delived in the same condition it was picked up. I was very satisfied with the service. My only complaint is that the actual transporting company would not return my telephone calls. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the service received. Chris at Safe-Direct was always courteous and always returned my telephone calls. He even attempted to get the transporting company to contact me. The only reason the rating is not excellent is because of the transporting company.
