I used Safe Direct to transport a car from the West Coast to the East Coast in December 2012 for $975. The representative I worked with, Tom, did an excellent job of walking me through the entire process of shipping a car. The car was picked up the next business day after I spoke with Tom and transported across the country within 8 days. Safe Direct delivered the car in a much shorter time frame than any of the other car shippers I spoke with (most were promising 14-18 days). Tom also provided me with the driver's contact information, so I was able to call the driver as he got closer to the destination and get a more precise ETA. Given my positive experience, I would not hesitate to use Safe Direct again and would recommend them to others looking to ship their car.
