Tom was my contact person and he did a great job of arranging the transport and keeping me informed. Originally, I was assigned a driver that was having some mechanical issues. Tom was in contact with me, and when it was necessary to find a new driver, he arranged transport within a day. The new driver was very responsive, picked up my car as scheduled and delivered early. They kept in touch with me throughout the process and delivered the car as promised. Overall, I received very good customer service and open communication through this company.
