I chose Safe Direct because the contact person Tim was very relaxed in his speech, without any pressure. He took the time to answer all my questions. The transport person was Dennis and he was every good. He spoke with me on the phone since I was not in Maryland when he picked up the car. My old 77 year old aunt did the pickup paper work with Dennis and she found him to be very professional. He told me the car would be in Iowa the next day and he wasn’t kidding. 23 hours later he was unloading my car in down town Des Moines. I would recommend using Safe Direct again and Dennis if you are lucky to get him as your transporter.
