Safe-Direct calmed my nerves

Tom Miller at Safe-Direct was THE BEST! He is very knowledgable, helpful, and worked with me to accommodate the dates I was able to be available for the car to be picked up. The driver, Enke, from TFI Trans was also very professional and arrived within an hour or so of when he estimated his arrival at both the pick up and the delivery of the vehicle.

I wanted to accomplish the shipping for less money, but as Tom explained to me, the drop off location was not in an area that is easy to get to. As it turned out, I am glad to have paid what I did to have the transaction go so smoothly and I had confidence after speaking with Tom and watching the video online from Safe-Direct, that they would handle everything well. And, they did.
