When I called to get a quote, I spoke to David. He gave me the quote, explained everything in detail of what my next step would be. Emailed me the quote and link to the quote and form to actually post my vehicle within minutes of speaking to him. He was great, anytime I had question, I would email him and he would usually emailed me back within an hour. I dealt wit him directly from beginning to end. my vehicle was picked up early. The guy was very friendly and took his time inspecting my vehicle for damage so there wouldn't be problems when I received my vehicle. It arrived to my destination within 8 to 9 days. Unfortunately they could not drop it off at the agreed location but it was because if the size of the truck, which is understandable. Within a day, David had emailed me to make sure I received my vehicle in time and that everything went well. My husband is active duty military and we have had our vehicles moved several times and I have always had an issue with the company being able to pick up my vehicle in time. last time, it took over a month and I had to constantly call to find out that was going on. But this was by far the best experience I have had with transporting my vehicles. Will definitely use again if needed.
