Overall, the process went well.
My rep was responsive, arranged for the pickup of the vehicle, and handled those things very well.
A couple of things that could have made it better. 1. A reminder that the carrier expected cash when the vehicle was delivered. My fault for missing that in the terms and conditions, but a note in the email confirmation would have helped, or a verbal communication. 2. After the vehicle was picked up in California there was little communication as to when it would show up in Minnesota. I did receive a call from the driver on Saturday evening. It was delivered on a Sunday, i was out of town, and I hadn't left cash for the carrier. So, a hiccup there.
Overall, I'm satisfied. The car arrived, it arrived earlier than I expected. The carrier did a good job and was very accommodating.
I would use Safe-direct again.
