Tom posted my offer in the Saturday morning and by afternoon my car was already scheduled for pick up. Andy (Driver) was continuously communicating through-out. I am very satisfied with the service from both Safe-Direct and Q Express Co. Received car as per schedule (in a week) and no damages incurred.
