This was my first time shipping a car so I didn't know what to expect. They got the date I asked for (but the carrier picked up the car a day late). Also upon arrival they arrived at night making the receiving inspection that much more difficult. Overall however I don't believe damage was given to the car and the carrier did a decent job. Overall I would say I'm decently satisfied and David answered my questions in a timely manner. The costs were relatively transparent as well as you pay the carrier and broker separately.
