This experience was great. I sent the car from CT to CA almost a year ago and had an awful experience. I was very hesitant when bringing it back to CT. Safe Direct was very comforting and committed to making this experience positive. They kept their word on everything they promised and worked with me to get the best possible price. No hassles, no promises unkept. Overall great experience.
