I had previously booked with another company but they could not close the deal on getting the car shipped within my time frame, so I had to reschedule. I decided to go with Safe Direct because I liked Chris Spencer's approach when I had initially requested quotes. He followed up with me and provided me with helpful information about the process, without trying to steal my business from the other company. In fact, he even told me that he thought the other company had done a good job in setting the price to make it attractive to potential carriers. On the second go-round I found that it was easy to get in touch with Chris and he didn't drop me like a hot potato once I signed on with Safe Direct. My biggest problem with the whole process was in trying to get a driver to come to my town, which is about a 20 minute drive from the interstate.

The car arrived safe in Atlanta and the driver was quite nice. He gave an accurate estimate of the time for delivery, despite uncertain weather conditions.
