I could not be happier with the customer service of Safe-Direct Car Shipping! I originally called a different company and it was a nightmare! So when I called Safe-Direct I was a little nervous and on edge. David was great to talk to. He was to the point and very up front. There was no need for the "flashy" sales pitch like the other company I spoke to. Safe-Direct was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. I knew at all points who had my car and I was given full contact information for the company that was doing the shipping and the drivers direct cell phone. I was even contacted by them to let me know the status of the delivery two days before the delivery date. And several times the day of delivery so I knew exactly when it was arriving! My car arrived safe and I couldn't be happier. I was again contacted by Safe-Direct (David my contact person for the who thing) after the delivery to follow up and make sure everything went well. This is a great company to work with if you need to ship a vehicle!!
