Great experience with Safe-Direct & MJR Trucking

I had a very good experience, from the customer service with Safe-Direct (Jason was always patient and professional with me), to the actual carrier MJR Trucking (Mike, the driver was extremely professional and great to work with. Mike always returned my calls to let me know the estimated time/day arrival since I was traveling between states.)

My car arrived in the same condition it left - no damages at all. I felt that my car was in good hands and did not worry because of all the contact I received from MJR Trucking. (of course, it will be dusty from the drive, so just make sure you get a car wash soon afterwards - do not rub the dirt on your car, or it will get scratched!)

One thing I liked about Safe-Direct is when I booked the company, they did not bill me until they provided me with the name of a carrier about 1 week prior to the pick-up date. At that time, I paid $225 to Safe-Direct. When my car arrived, then I paid the balance of $500 directly to MJR Trucking.

I would recommend Safe-Direct and MJR Trucking.
