Safe Direct was thorough in explaining the process and their videos were also helpful. i was informed the name of the company and the estimated time of pick up via e-mail by Safe Direct. I never received a call from the carrier the afternoon or evening before the pick up date as stated. I received a call the day before the pick up date and was told the driver was half an hour from arriving. The driver told me the car would arrive in 3 days not 7-10 days as told by Safe Direct. The information provided by the carrier is not the same Safe Direct informs their customers.
