After being purposefully misled by a lower cost competitor, I directly contacted Safe-Direct based on their high reviews. I spoke to Tom who helped me immediately and followed up throughout the process. At no point was I confused or concerned about the shipment of my vehicle.

Safe Direct is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I paid a little more and received top-notch customer service, fast shipping, and follow up from Safe Direct. I would use them again.
