My experience with Safe-Direct Car Shipping was very professional and excellent. The price quoted was fair and customer service (Chris) was excellent. I was kept updated on every aspect of the transport until the car was picked up. The transporter lacked communication skills and I was not notified that the delivery would be late until I called them when the expected delivery window was exceeded. I was disappointed that they picked up the car a day early and delivered it two days late. That said, the car arrived in perfect condition. Regardless of the late delivery, I was very pleased with Safe-Direct and would not hesitate to use them again.
