Delivery was on time and no car damage

I was hoping my car was going to be picked up in Palm Beach, FL but there wasn't a carrier that was willing to pick my car up there before my flight, so I had to drive to Ft. Lauderdale to meet them. This was an inconvenience. I would have liked a phone call the day before to confirm pick up location and times but was called the day of and 1 hr before the carrier was to arrive, which was a problem because I had to drive 1hr to Ft. Lauderdale (luckily, I had the day off work and was able to just pick up and go. Plus my sister lived there so I had someone to pick me up and house me). Other than this inconvenient initial pickup, everything else went smoothly. The carrier was flexible with the drop off day and my car was delivered in front of my house with no damages and running fine.
