This is my second review for this agent, different carrier this time. You can find my other review. Long story short, in less then 2 weeks, I shipped my VW GTI back and forward twice cross-country. Used Safe-Direct, Chris, both times. Both times probably could have found 50-75$ less, but opted for previous experiance and knoweldge. Gave Chris 48 hours notice, it was very tight and stressfull with such short notice, but he came through at the end. Dont want to do it for next very long period of time, but if I have to, will give him a call again
