Safe Direct was great, the whole way through. Chris was very accommodating and on top of things. The only problem with the ordeal was the transport company (Chase Transport) they had little communication and were very difficult to get a hold of. so the rating here is more for Safe Direct than Chase Transport (would be much lower) I would suggest that Safe Direct reconsider who they work with as partners. but again, Chris was great to work with and was always available.
