My overall experience with Tom was great. He was informative, truthful and always kept in touch with me and always answered my calls and concerns. Timing of the pick up was longer than I expected or wanted, but Tom explained the reason for it very concisely. Driver was courteous and very careful loading and unloading. Great job!
