I was very happy with the service I received from Safe-Direct, and have already referred a friend to them. I required a shipment from Houston to a rather rural part of Arkansas, and expected that it might be difficult to find a solution. Safe-Direct set reasonable expectations, and while it took a few days (about 3 business days) to find a mover, the actual move itself was handled very quickly - pickup was approximately 24 hours after agreement was reached, and delivery was the next day, a day ahead of expectations. The driver was friendly and helpful, and the car was delivered in excellent condition with no signs of damage or wear. As I had been referred to Safe-Direct by a friend, I did not "price-shop" for a cheaper deal, but feel that the price I paid is commensurate with the quality of the service I received.
