I recently used Safe-Direct to handle transporting my daughter's car from LA to Richmond, VA after a summer internship. Tom at Safe-Direct was amazing to deal with. He explained the process to me and made me feel extremely comfortable with the transaction. Having never done this before, I was very nervous.

CAA Transport was the carrier and they too were very easy to deal with. The car pick-up process was seamless. They gave us an exact window for the pick-up time and they arrived within that window. The CAA driver gave us multiple status update calls to let us know when the car would likely be delivered. The car arrived in perfect condition.

I will definitely work with Tom and his group again if I ever need a car transport service.
