The driver was incredibly responsible and excellent all the way around. Our only complaint is that he was given the wrong address. We live in Carlsbad, and he was given the correct street address, but the city was wrong. So he drove all the way to our street address in the wrong city (San Diego). So, we suggest a double check of your pickup city. We would have driven the car to him (about 40 min away) but he came all the way to us instead. He was great.
