I contacted David and he was very prompt initially with plethora of emails saying why I should choose him and junk saying your date is nearing and you will be dispatched a carrier etc etc.
My pick-up location was Allentown, PA.

I contacted David 20 days in advance and he was not able to find me a carrier till the very last moment. I had to then change my pick up location to Princeton, New Jersey and had to drive my car there. (I recommended him this since I was desperate to ship my car that week)
He was finally able to get me a carrier from NJ (He told me that he would charge $50 more than the existing quote of $1225 which I declined and he waived that).

The carrier (Saturn Auto LLC) was professional initially, on time pick etc.
However when my car was delivered it was damaged (The windshield was cracked and scratches on the fender)

Since I had not reached California, my friend received the car.
The Saturn Auto driver played a nice trick on my friend. Firstly he did not deliver the car at the exact address but called my friend at some random street.

The windshield crack was under the wiper and my friend did not notice at first. The driver pestered him to sign quickly and my friend did it (OUR MISTAKE). But as soon my friend sat in the car he noticed the crack from inside and called the driver, he told to send a pic and he did within 15 minutes of delivery.

When I called the owner of Saturn Auto LLC for the claim, he put the blame on me saying that my friend damaged the car (Again our mistake was we signed the paper work, hence a claim would not be in our favor).

At the end of it a very bad experience with dishonest people.
I would not recommend either safe direct car shipping or Saturn Auto LLC for shipping the car.

Dishonest? That's not exactly fair. David has been holding her hand throughout the process and asked her (awhile ago) to send us an estimate for the repair, but we have received nothing to date. (plus, David reduced his commission to help keep the price down, how dishonest is that?)
